We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and community building—with the creativity to make auto care relatable, engaging, and fun.
Key Responsibilities for Content Creation and Digital Marketing
Take ownership of developing, writing, and editing high-quality content for a variety of digital platforms, including website blogs, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to generate fresh ideas and align content with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
- Create visual content (graphics, photos, short-form videos) that effectively communicates brand messaging and engages our target audience.
- Assist in managing and scheduling posts across social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), analyzing performance and optimizing strategies for user engagement.
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all forms of company communication.
- Participate in team meetings to strategize campaign themes, promotions, and special online initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills for Digital Content Creation
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience writing and creating content for web and social media (portfolio or examples required).
- Proficiency with content creation tools and software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and best practices for digital marketing.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and how to implement them in written content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Previous DSLR Camera operations and setup - preferred!
