Role Overview
As an Automotive Technician, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality, safety, and reliability our customers count on every day. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while continuing to grow your technical knowledge and skills.
We have opportunities available for technicians at all experience levels, from General Service Technicians beginning their automotive career to Master Technicians looking for a company that values their expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs based on your skill level and experience.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using modern tools and equipment.
Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance services according to manufacturer recommendations.
Verify repairs through proper testing and quality control procedures.
2. Digital Vehicle Inspections
Complete digital vehicle inspections with accurate notes and supporting photos or videos.
Identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors to help customers make informed decisions.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Teamwork & Shop Operations
Collaborate with fellow technicians and Service Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support teammates by sharing knowledge and working together to solve challenges.
Contribute to a positive, professional shop culture built on respect and accountability.
4. Professional Growth
Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer education.
Pursue ASE Certifications and additional career development opportunities.
Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures.
Take ownership of your personal and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous automotive repair experience (all experience levels encouraged to apply).
ASE Certifications or willingness to obtain certification.
Experience using diagnostic equipment and digital vehicle inspections.
State inspection and emissions licenses (where applicable).
