Job Overview
As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle service excellence and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for automotive technology, desire to work in a team focused environment, and possess a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose and identify repair needs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repair services across various makes and models.
- Complete work orders with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Ensure clean and quality-oriented vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
- Work diligently to complete assigned tasks and demonstrate personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Intermediate to advanced training in automotive repair, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and familiarity with repair tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a team focused environment

Work Schedule and Compensation
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay $50,000-$100,000 per year
